Gary ALEXANDER

Having started shooting at the Royal School Dungannon in Northern Ireland, Gary’s first tour was to Bisley in 1973 and attendance has been uninterrupted since. Having toured to 5 continents with Great Britain and Ireland on some 20 international tours he has some experience in shooting and coaching and in team performance as captain of the Great Britain team to New Zealand in 2010 and manager to the Northern Ireland team at the Commonwealth Games in 2014.

Driven by the desire to score an occasional victory over son Jack on the ranges Gary also enjoys game shooting and scuba diving with partner Zoe. Outside of shooting, Gary is an optometrist and company director with Specsavers in Newbury.
