Shooter

Lindsey started shooting at Dollar Academy in 2009 and was part of the Ashburton winning team in her final year. Her first tour was to the Channel Islands with the UK Cadets in 2012, and was Atheling the following year. She has two of the “Big Five” matches under her belt having shot for Scotland in the National and Mackinnon matches in 2013 and holds the record of being the youngest Scottish female ever to be selected for the Mackinnon aged 18.

Lindsey is currently studying for a degree in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Glasgow. In her spare time she enjoys horse riding and dreams of one day being able to afford her own horse. She has dabbled in a little clay shooting but quickly concluded that stationary targets are much easier to hit! She has been to Camp Perry once before with the senior Great Britain team in 2014 and is looking forward to returning!
