Lee BENNETT

Shooter

Lee started shooting at the age of 14 with Derbyshire ACF where he found his love for the sport. He shot for Derbyshire ACF at a reasonable standard and his consistency took him to Canada with the CLIM course where his shooting improved drastically. This culminated in him finishing 97th in the Grand Aggregate and representing the Under 25s for the first time during his Imperial debut in 2013.

Lee joined the Army at the age of 17 as an Avionics Technician and he was quickly snapping at the heels of his commanders to release him for Army shooting.  Getting back into the swing of things served to be a daunting task and Lee soon saw the error in his ways, transferred into the Infantry and is now serving with the Mercian Regiment. 2014 was his most successful year in shooting as he won the Army Championships!
